Have you tried PRGF eyedrops? I really think you should give them a shot because they have been god sent for my eyes and pain. It’s for severe dry eyes and neuropathic dry eyes along with a nerve modulator like Gabbapentin to turn that heightened central and peripheral nervous system down and regulate the pain and dryness sensations

so sorry to hear 😭😭 not to compare my situation to yours at all, but i recently had dry eye and tldr my optometrist tried to recommend me scleral lenses (my other opt. friends said it was not necessary and very shady that it was rec'd to me) and i only knew what scleral lenses were because of you and your page!! your videos helped inform me and i was able to decline my optometrist's recs and start looking for a new opt. but i only knew about it because of you, and otherwise i might have gone forward with it and not researched more. tysm and i hope your eyes get better soon 🥺

Idk if you’ve tried this but… honey! I know sounds so crazy but dry your eyes the best you can and take a q tip and surround your eye lids with honey. Hope it helps 💙

This happened to me. It's an allergic permanent conjunctivitis triggered by dry eye syndrome. Don't use drops with preservatives. Alaway allergy and Biotrue drops OTC help alot. Prescription Vevye reduced my irritation.
