The loud irate cop is performing because of two things.... There's a white woman in distress and the auditor is black. His instinct is to immediately come to the rescue of the white woman. He can't control himself. He MUST perform and be a tough guy in the sight of the white woman. You'll see it in every video where a woman is present. Even when a female cop is on the scene, male cops are almost 100 percent more likely to bully, violate or hurt the person they're there to investigate.
