@trial_trackers: Tyler Robinson has been ordered to stand trial on all seven charges in the killing of Charlie Kirk. His attorney entered not-guilty pleas after the judge announced the decision. Prosecutors argued firing at Kirk from approximately 415 feet away created a great risk of death to the thousands of people surrounding him. The defense said there was no evidence anyone else was threatened and accused prosecutors of relying on speculation. Robinson’s attorneys also challenged the witness-tampering charges and the allegation that Kirk was targeted because of his political expression. Kirk was killed during a September 2025 event at Utah Valley University.
