Okay but can someone help, I have oily dehydrated skin and just started using some products from Dollar tree and I’m waking up w A LOT of oil on my nose and currently breaking out 3-4 pimple around my lips chin and nose. Do I keep going and using these products bc idk if I’m purging or if it’s just not doing anything lol.
