Long time coming, given DV stats right now, it feels like the bare basics legally. In terms of making other effective changes I think the government should really double down on PSA ads, like they did back in the day for smoking.

Much stronger NDA bans have been introduced in other countries, and the evidence shows that settlements rates have gone up not down. Employers and employees all want to avoid the cost and exposure that comes from a trial.
