My sister got swollen like this and she ended up getting induced and had a c section due to high blood pressure and preeclampsia. My cousin also just had her baby and she was swollen and also had preeclampsia.

I was told it was normal too. Even when I specified that it was only one leg. Took pictures and sent through my chart. Doctor called immediately. Had ultrasound and blood clot in my calf
