#hoainiem

Ahihi :
Đã lâu ko nhìn thấy cỏ gà rồi. Giờ chỉ ước nhắm mắt và thấy bầu trời xanh tuổi thơ.

How early do you show up for work? I like to keep as much of my time to myself as I can but at the same time I never want to find myself late or unprepared. I’m a 15-20 minutes early guy and since I’m a supervisor, my guys gotta work with that. That is about as close as you want to cut it in the oilfield… Other guys show up 45 minutes early and sometimes guys complain about it. It’s not my thing to be that early when we’re not getting paid but I have been on crews when I was younger and had to go with the flow. One time working for imperial they insisted on a sit down 30 minutes early crew change hand over and we all got paid an extra 30 minutes early crew of OT each day. They were setting a good standard but it’s not always like that!
