I love, love manual toothbrushing. Just taking my time…1 thousand in 1,2,3,4,5 move 1 thousand 1,2,3,4,5 top-top/back; bottom-bottom/back. Brush my tongue. Finish with gargling with Act (cinnamon flavor). Yes! 🙌🏾 Go to bed with a clean mouth, fresh, and cinnamon smelling breath.

I bought these toothbrushes you recommended but cant throw them out as they are not cheap. Dr Elllie can we clean these brushes in a cup of Listerine to kill bacteria or what would you suggest? How often should we change these toothbrushes as I dont like our 'throw away society' anad would like a good way to sterilise them. 🤔🤔😳
