@john.cole941: #dollargeneral boss is being rude disrespectful, vindictive, and doesn’t do what policy or training videos teach us. An can’t take corrective criticism and thinks I am challenging her authority and rank, when I clearly stated and said( has nothing to do with that just the lack of team work from day shift and you all going against policy and training videos and not helping us all as a team). Day shift is leaving messes and slip and fall stuff all in the floors instead of instantly cleaning, but they have time to laugh and giggle with vendors. Or procrastinate all together. Never acknowledging the team effort we on night shift do and the lack and justification she uses to the lack of following procedures and training videos and justifying laziness and enabling ass kissers !
