I had severe IUGR with my first pregnancy. (Baby was in the 1st percentile and I had a circumvallate placenta) Could baby aspirin help at all with the health of the placenta in my next pregnancy?

When do I need to start paying close attention to the fetal movement? I have an anterior placenta so I am only now starting to fill my baby move a couple times a day at 23 weeks.

at my 29 week appointment my doctor was reading my chart and asked if I was still taking my baby aspirin. I said "pardon me?" she had never told me to start taking it. She then told me if I hadn't been taking it up to this point there was no need to start it. guess who got preeclampsia at 31 weeks.
