My mom didn't let me go to my own prom, it was weird because I did go to others even my best friend's one a year younger. I cried and fell asleep missing my own prom party, I found out in the morning some guy shot 4 people in the parking lot of the venue. I never doubted her after that

I left work for 15 minutes to answer a FaceTime from my mom. My dad had been in the hospital and she was telling me he was supposed to be discharged the next morning and she wanted me to see how well he was doing and to hype him up. After the conversation, I walked back into the office and said “my dad’s going to die. He’s not coming home tomorrow.” He died 12 hours later- 4 hours before he was supposed to be discharged.

When my eldest son would vomit after every feed I instinctively went to the gp despite everyone telling me that it’s normal for babies to vomit. I’m grateful to the doctor that immediately sent me to get an ultrasound for my son. He was diagnosed with pyloric stenosis. If I put it off my son could have died

my cat was perfectly fine and healthy, young but for months i had a feeling that something is not okay with his health and told to my dad, he had watery eyes and my dad took him to the vet and they said he is perfectly good but i just knew something is not okay with 0 proof, then on my graduation i looked at my cat’s photos as always but instead of joy i felt nostalgic feeling like i miss him even if he was at home waiting for me. then i got home later and found him dead. he died in his sleep and nobody knows why, he never showed any symptoms, he looked healthy, he didnt even hide to die and vets have no idea too

Me and my ex were planning on going to Trolley Square (a shopping center in Utah) for an afternoon and then have dinner there. I wasn’t feeling it and didn’t want to go, my ex really wanted to go to dinner there so we waited until dinner time and left, on the drive we get a call from his dad checking to see if we were okay, there was a mass shooting currently happening

we were going to go to a Christmas parade and decided against it because something told me we should really do something else and my husband agreed. that parade is nation wide known as the Waukesha Parade and the guy was Darrell Brooks.

Same, my sons father called me before he commited and i missed the call because i was sleeping. I was in school and also pregnant so i was exhausted. That was 11 years ago and it still haunts me.

I'm a nurse and rely on intuition a LOT. There is a spidey sense that even if vitals look normal, but something feels "off", it's because something is OFF. And if a CNA or med tech tells you that you need to go assess this person NOW, you go immediately.

My best friend called me in the middle of the night. I didn’t answer it. He was struggling for drugs, so I was mad at him. His girlfriend told me he was happy all day. He was calling to reminisce. In reality, he was calling to say goodbye cause he Took his life that same night. It bugged me for years. Till I realize that we weren’t there last chance to live, we were their last thoughts on who to say goodbye to they want to reach out one last time. We were the people that reached out to.. answering phone call change nothing they arent calling for help, They’re going to let us know. It’s OK.

When I was 12 I used to sit on my window sill and felt watched. Left my window open with the lock after that. Accidently dropped a straw out the window and found it sitting on my window sill the next morning. Never kept it open again. About 6 months later we moved into the back house and cousins moved into our house. My older male cousin slept with the window wide open and caught a man trying to climb in 😲😲😲

My little sister has crazy intuition/gut feelings. When she was 8 we were planning a family trip to Six Flags and she was adamant she didn't want to go. Like freaking out, crying, at one point she offered to stay at our grandmas and do chores (our grandma was moving out of her house at the time so it would've been stuff like cleaning the baseboards and pulling weeds/lawncare the whole weekend). My parents eventually calmed her down and convinced her to go. She was still hesitant but I think she just gave in so it would be over. Anyway, not even an hour into being at Six Flags a man came up to her, picked her up, and started running to the exit with her. Thank god he didn't leave with her and she's ok but right after she was back with us she looked right and my dad and went "I told you I didn't want to come." with the straightest face. In that moment he promised if she ever felt that way again he wouldn't push it. Since then she's had so many just prophetic "psychic" moments. She doesn't always know exactly what will happen but she knows if something bad is about to happen! We live in Texas and last year just hours before the news of the Camp Mystic floods broke she walked into the living room sobbing and just said "Something is wrong. People need help and I don't know who". Last month she ubered to my house in the middle of the night because she couldn't sleep and felt like something was wrong. Turns out one of our stove burners was on (gas) and running for idk how long, the fire department did a check and said that if it went any longer our house likely would've gone up in flames and I take heavy sleeping medication so I probably wouldn't have woken up in time... 😳 It's been like this for years and we don't know why but it's crazy and when it happens we LISTEN!

We had a family gathering for my nephew’s birthday. It was a great day, full of fun and laughing all night. The next day was my SILs birthday. So we all planned on going out for dinner. Just the adult so me, my husband, my SIL and BIL and my in laws. We finally left their house around 11 that night. And as I said my good byes and walked out the door I got them strong feeling of needing to turn around and give my SIL and hug and thank her for everything she has done. But my husbands family isn’t touchy feely like that. So I stood there for a moment and pushed the feeling aside. And drove home. My BIL was blowing up my husband’s phone at 3am that he had to rush my SIL to the hospital because she couldn’t breathe. She passed away, before we got to the hospital. Almost 3 years later I am still heavy with guilt that I didn’t go back and give her a hug.
