I recieved mine yesterday,I doesn't suck up anything. A clump of fur was lying next to the bottom and never even moved. Very disappointed. Sending mine back also.

I'm not impressed. it doe not have the suction that is shown. I would return it but it's a hassle. pet mode on high should be sucking hair out of the hair when it's near it. I have actually held hair up to it and it doesn't even suck it in. I have a cat and a golden retriever which it worked better.

I’m using mine on pet mode. I know it’s not going to keep hair out entirely but I am hoping it helps some! I just got it yesterday

I literally just opened mine for the first time sheet purchasing it about six weeks ago. It was full of cat hair. I think they do work.

I didn’t think mint was working properly either, but when you open the front and back panel the filters have plastic on them and as soon as you take it off and start it again it will work properly. I run it for over a week with the plastic on 🤦🏻♀️

I thought a selling point was the filters are reusable! Just bought one for my son and Daughter in law for their anniversary. I don’t want to be disappointed

this is a waste of money. I left a negative review and the company offered me money.. 4 different times to remove my review. It may filter the air but the ducking up pet hair is a 1 out of 5 rating. Not worth the money period.
