Not to bash you, but like you stated the product just didn’t accommodate YOUR hair. Which isn’t on the stylist because in the picture she sent it was tea. She didn’t send you out the door looking strange, it was just the product. Now do I agree with the refund no, but should she have tried to fix it? Absolutely, but in the future please definitely mention your hair length being a little shorter in the front considering you like the bangs.
