No doubt he is making sure she's aware if she goes to anybody like the cops or anyone looking for her that SHOULD help her that they will arrest her instead and that no one's coming to save her. shouldn't this be a manhunt for him to save her?

They aren’t even treating them equally in this. They are trying to charge her with a crime that carries a LOT more serious consequences than what they are charging her rapist father with. The idea that a 14yo should be held accountable for giving birth on the side of the road, while in the custody of their rapist, to a child conceived during a violent act against her is disgusting. She needs a safe place to live and years of comprehensive mental and physical health support.
