Yess take the pill and the liquid for the scalp!! I started using Dr. Groot shampoo and conditioner and especially their growth pen serum and it helped the new hairs that were coming in get thick and strong and my hair is getting soooo long! I highly recommend it as a cosmetologist with alopecia!

Prenatal vitamins and buy the virgin cream hair fertilizer and mix it with Jamaican black castor oil, let sit for an hour then wash. My hair grew slit within 2weeks
