If you take it early in the morning with Tumms the Vyvanse lasts longer. Drink lots of water throughout your day, protein, protein, protein. Sometimes I forget to eat so I find my body “burns out” because there’s no fuel/food in me to keep up. I’ve been on 70mg for about a year and a half. If ur doc bumps u up to a higher dose it can affect your stomach somewhat so the Tumms with the Vyvanse helps considerably with that too. Try not to take Ibuprofen within in hour or so of your morning dose. If I think of anything else I’ll holler at cha. Just glad ur getting positive results!

Good for you! Vyvanse absolutely slows down my inner dialogue (negative self talk and shame spiraling most importantly). It also helps significantly with my impulse control and because of that, I am chasing less rabbits all at once. So glad you are documenting your journey and noticing more positivity in your outlook 😊
