Bleed on heavy weapons are not smart to do. Bleed relies on stacks before it triggers, its not damage over time. Thats why bleed builds are only good with light weapons. More hits you can get in the more bleed triggers you can get. Bleed on heavy weapons is slow and pointless. Which is why they made it so the katana can’t use bleed because everyone would abuse it and no one would use anything else. It would be way too busted and they considered that
