Screw 3x 2 timbers Horizontal making sure you hit 2 studs to take weight of Tv and tv board. Screwing studs in vertically ,most likely you will never hit a stud to make it secure. As much silicone as you like but it will never hold that tv board or bracket.

The wall panel - did u screw onto the frame or use no nails ? And then screw the tv bracket to the wall panel ?
