@ּ𓏼 ♡belle ֯ MCM london 🍰 — Chat this recipe is for a soft chewy chocolate cookie with a gooey nutella centre that stays melty when you reheat them it makes about 18–24 cookies Ingredients: • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened • ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar • ½ cup (100g) packed brown sugar • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour • ⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder • 1 teaspoon baking soda • ½ teaspoon salt • ¾ cup (130g) chocolate chips (optional) • About ½–¾ cup Nutella, chilled Instructions: 1. Chill the Nutella. Scoop teaspoon-sized portions of Nutella onto a parchment-lined plate or tray. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm. This makes them much easier to wrap in dough and helps them stay gooey when baked and reheated. 2. Make the dough. Cream the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips if using. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. 3. Assemble. Take a portion of dough (about 2 tablespoons) and flatten it into a disc. Place a frozen Nutella scoop in the centre and wrap the dough around it, sealing completely so no filling leaks. Roll into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough. 4. Bake. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centres still look slightly soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. 5. To warm later. Reheat individual cookies in the microwave for 10–15 seconds, or in a low oven (300°F / 150°C) for 4–5 minutes, until the Nutella centre is soft and gooey again. #ichigo #animequotes #relationshipquotes #bleach #ghoulclipz
