@tmfitness93: PROJECT LA VITA È BELLA — RUN ITALY. RIDE HOME. 🇮🇹🚴‍♀️ There was a time in my life when I didn’t know if I’d ever feel like myself again. I faced trauma, struggled with my mental health, and had to fight to rebuild my life. But I learned something: You just have to keep taking the next step. So now, I’m taking that literally. I’m going to run almost 1,900km across Italy, from Palermo to the Brenner Pass, before getting on my bike and cycling all the way home to Belfast. 4,000+ kilometres. One journey. One purpose. I’m doing this to raise vital funds for Women’s Aid and Palestine Aid Ireland — supporting people facing domestic abuse, conflict and unimaginable hardship. This isn’t about proving how far I can run or cycle. It’s about resilience. Hope. Compassion. And showing that there is always a way forward. La Vita È Bella. ❤️ And this is only the beginning.
