My first full-time job was HR for 6 years and we cared together with my Employers and some of the Superiors. There might be some tough/scary Managers who mostly cared about figures/ proper output due to work load/delivery, pressure, absenteism but still they cared about their people/manpower/input first💖 Afterwards together with another job title I was again in charge of recruitment/training/hr but yet listening, assisting, re-organisation, transfers, team growth and output remained everyones' moto 💖 Nowadays we might see more selfish, greedy, micromanagement, dictatorship but real hr/managers do exist 💖 who still lead by example 💖
