Replying to @501Gene This is how I do my scalp massage as part of my growth routine. I always start with the Fenugreek Hair Tea. I part my hair in sections and spray it directly onto my scalp—not soaking it, just enough to lightly hydrate and refresh the scalp. This formula contains fenugreek, aloe vera, glycerin, oat, burdock root, clove and green tea. I especially love this first step because aloe and glycerin help with hydration, while these botanical ingredients help support a healthy, conditioned scalp. Next, I apply my Infused Oil directly to the scalp. This oil is infused with ingredients like rosemary, ginger, clove, fenugreek, nettle, burdock and green tea, along with olive and castor oils to help nourish and condition the scalp. Then comes the part I really don't skip: the massage I use the pads of my fingertips—not my nails—and apply gentle pressure in small circular motions. I’m not aggressively rubbing my hair. I’m actually moving the scalp underneath my fingertips. I work around my hairline, temples, sides, crown, and the back of my head, making sure I don’t rush. I massage for at least 4 minutes, and when I have time, I’ll go longer. Gentle scalp massage helps increase local circulation to the scalp, while also helping me distribute the products evenly. And for me, the biggest thing is consistency. Spray, oil, massage—and repeat consistently as part of a healthy scalp routine. Consistency for Results. #ZenuahNaturals #consistencyforresults #HealthyScalp #HairGrowthRoutine #HealthyHairJourney
