I know as i have type 1 diabetes and if little or no insulin is there to counteract it and turn it into energy or fat if there is too much sugar in the blood. With insufficient insulin available then the blood sugar level will continue to rise, your blood will begin to become acidic due to very high sugar levels and you will develop keto acidosis which left unchecked with send you into a coma and death. Respect your body, don't put it through this punishment. 👍👍👍
