I think in 2023 or 2024 Daus reviewed her foundation and gave his honest opinion just like he did with her blush, I hate how everybody’s saying he’s wrong when all he did was review the product!

He wasn't wrong though? He's not calling her a liar and never did. Everyone is billing this as him trying to drag her down but... like, most normal users will not do all the warming up stuff. Most people will grab it and use it. People need to remember that makeup isn't just for makeup influencers.

You CLEARLY didn’t watch the full video because at the end he says it’s a good product and that it’s pigmented. He just says that it’s not doing what she’s showing in that specific video which it didn’t…💀

I dont understand the discourse, He said it was a good blush, that it was pigmented, he is right, he pointed out that it was false advertisement and couldnt replicate what she advertised, noone who uses blush would actually "warm up" and basically dig into the blush 😒

but he’s not wrong. respectfully no one is going to do all of that on a brand new product — they’re not going to dig and stir up their new cream blush or use a flat brush. if you do either…to each their own. i’ve never had to ‘warm up’ any of my patrick ta blushes. and it is false advertisement. the first video shows her making a swipe into her blush and dragging it on her face with that intense pigment. nowhere in the first video does she say, oh you need to warm up the product bc of xyz. he does say the product is rly pigmented and it’s true, it is. but it definitely didn’t swatch the same way she advertised.

The issue is the marketing. It's very misleading. No one is actually slaundering her, daus even mentioned that the blush was pigmented but it didn't do that stroke when he tried it. I wouldn't buy a blush if i had to heat it up. I wouldn't buy a blush if i had to swipe my brush a thousand times

Every brand will market their product in a way that shows the best possible result, including her. There's nothing wrong with it. Honestly, I feel like Daus did have bad intentions in a way because this dude has clearly been doing make-up for a while..at that point it's common sense to be warming up cream products. I haven't checked yet but if they didn't, I think it IS on the brand if they don't include instructions about warming the product up because not a lot of beginners understand that you have to do it with cream products. Though, even with that, Daus himself said the product is still very pigmented (even without the warming up) and it's ENOUGH for every day use..I doubt a normal person would need THAT much blush for every day, it's just a way of showing how pigmented their product CAN be. Should you HAVE to be doing this for everyday use? Of course not, if you're not willing, but if you aren't you can just not buy the product or not warm it up, it's still very pigmented, and if you are using it separate from daily use and want it like the dramatic effect, you can always just follow the instructions because if you didn't want to do that, just get liquid instead of cream, if you're at the stage of NEEDING it like that, I assume you're at the stage of knowing how cream products work, and if it didn't work like how you expected it to or you're confused, you could always just pop into customer service and ask for help. It's clearly user error, that's it. That's genuinely all there is to it..I just find it very interesting that some of you will continue calling her a liar and a fraud even after she made an explanation and showed everything, no cuts or anything.

Is it just me that she’s just being mean? Like, I get that you worked hard for it and whatnot but like if a bigger brand does this behaviour people would’ve already cancelled her? That being said, I’m genuinely curious and amazed with her product though.
