Everything I ate in a day halfway through my pregnancy 🤟🏽🍓🥩 pregnancy is not a time for me to slack on my habits and goals. It is a time where I really try and find my most disciplined self. I still strive to drink a gallon of water, hit 150 to 160 g of protein, and keep my diet mostly the same. 🍓 Supplements @rookiewellness immunity, @try_create_ creatine gummies, @pwdrs electrolytes first thing every morning! Breakfast I’m a repeater over here!
