I concur. Just to add, the thoughts are not yours. They have never been. A thought is an external force. Let me challenge everyone, tell me if you know your next thought, you don't. We are antennas channelling thought energy through our mind in respect to our vibration status. Julian, you do not actually observe thoughts, you become AWARE of thoughts that come to you. Awareness is the source of all manifestations.
