Jacket Potatoes • Microwave pierced potatoes for 5 mins. • Rub with oil & sea salt, wrap in foil. • Air fry at 180°C for 45 mins, then 10 mins unwrapped. • Cut open, add herb butter, season, top with mozzarella to melt. 2. Chicken • Season chicken. Sear both sides in a hot pan (3–4 mins per side). • Air fry at 180°C for 12 mins until cooked. Slice. 3. Creamy Mushroom Sauce • In the same pan, cook mushrooms, onion & garlic until golden. • Add white wine, simmer 2 mins. Stir in cream & parsley. Simmer until thick. 4. Crispy Onions • Fry onion rings in oil until golden. Drain on paper towel. 5.
