@naturalbuildingonline: 150 bales of straw. One very dusty job. 🌾 From walls to plasters to floors, straw has been a huge part of building our new dorm. But before it can be used, most of it needs to be chopped — and after many, many hours of chainsaw + weed whacker action, we’ve finally chopped the last bale! Definitely not the most glamorous part of natural building, but pretty satisfying to know it’s all going into the building. And even more satisfying to know… we’re done chopping straw! 🙌 Come stay in the new dorm next year!
