Had you not cut the video there and waited until the Sun was clear of the clouds you’d see it back to “full size” because all you are seeing there is a difference in the glare. Use an actual solar filter and you’ll see the Sun is the same size all day long.

watch the sun disappear below the horizon then fly a drone up 400 feet looking towards sunset and it will see the sun and you can't so ask yourself how that can happen on a flat earth.
