My son is on intuniv, it makes your ticks better. But it takes about 6 weeks to really see a difference and you just have to push through

Hey hun, look into cold caps for migraines. You may find that the cold and the nice pressure from the cap helps her headache and is also sensory while she’s struggling with dysregulation xx

put the cold pack on the base of her neck and give Panadol instead of Nurofen. I get migraines and it's so helpful.
