One piece of evidence that seems to have gotten lost in all the hype: Why did Lindsay ask police to do a welfare check on her children while she was at work, simply because Patrick wasn’t answering the phone? That detail has always stood out to me. ❤️

I've been watching the trial since day one, and I live in England...the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has left me gobsmacked from the event to where we are now, and I've lost count of how many times I've had to pick my jaw up off the floor.

If someone left the hospital or never even went to the hospital to watch his baby, but he went home to the crime scene to sleep then he could’ve easily wiped off any evidence that would’ve been there. Can we say SHADY?!

He didn’t give ANY medical assistance to Lindsay on the 911 call so why did he stay with her knowing his 3 young kids were in the basement (because that’s what she “told” him) which had been quiet when he called down? He didn’t leave her to run and check on the kids??? He wasn’t having to stay with her to put pressure on wounds, wasn’t having to give her CPR…….🚩🚩🚩

January 24–31, 2023: I see no documented custodial police interview of Lindsay. January 25: Arrest warrant issued while hospitalized. January 27: additional warrant activity concerning her blood/urine. May 2023: Resnick conducts the first formal interview/evaluation of Lindsay that I’ve been able to document. The police NEVER INTERVIEWED HER

Question, how would she alter, destroy, clean up or remove evidence of the crime from the scene if she was the one who committed the murders??? Someone tell me why that is in there and yet her husband had full access to a triple homicide crime scene in which he lived in??? All evidence should be deemed inadmissable due to lack of custody of the crime scene.

I’m UK based, and was a criminal investigator until recently and have created search warrants in cases in England - I guarantee you the majority of that search warrant was a copy and paste job with some specific details added relating to the address and crimes! But the majority is from a template - can tell with the writing/wording. But no way they had reasonable evidence to solely go after Lindsey pretty much immediately from police arriving on site. What also gets me as I haven’t seen anything relating to cell tower location data which would only be available from the network provider, and assuming some things are similar to the uk, would only be accessible with a court order. A lot of the information could have been verified with cell tower location data for both Patrick & Lindsey’s devices but it appears they never got it, and I know for UK that Information can only be accessed within 6 months becasue there is soooooo much of it!!! The whole thing is an absolute shambles. I also don’t know if police search warrants in US are similar in UK, but even with a search warrant listing specific items, we have additional powers to seize items not on the warrant if we believe they are relevant to the case, or another crime. We also wouldn’t have left the watch and empty pill bottles in that drawer - they either didn’t search the draw, which I don’t believe OR those items were put there after the search!!!!

I must watch too much crime drama because in everything I’ve ever watched. No one is allowed back in the house when it’s a crime scene and not even the husband until the investigation is complete. This was a crap show from the get-go.
