![Sebanyak 49 orang di SMAN 3 Nganjuk, Jawa Timur, mengalami dugaan keracunan setelah menyantap menu Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG), Rabu (2/9/2026). Korban yang terdiri dari 48 siswa dan seorang guru mengalami gejala mual, pusing hingga muntah beberapa jam setelah makan, kemudian dievakuasi ke Puskesmas Begadung, RSUD Nganjuk, dan RS Bhayangkara untuk mendapatkan penanganan medis. Wakil Bupati Nganjuk Trihandy Cahyo turun langsung memantau kondisi para korban. Menu MBG yang dikonsumsi diketahui berupa nasi goreng dengan sejumlah lauk, sementara sampel makanan telah diamankan untuk menjalani pemeriksaan laboratorium.
