That’s aggravated battery. He has drawn a weapon. He may have it slightly down at the ready, but he has no legal right to do what he’s doing he he’s a security guard. You can sue the company he works for and if he works for a private security company, you can sue that company also and stack the lawsuit. If it’s a federal government facility, you can sue the federal government. What would the police do to you if you pulled a taser or a weapon and kept it partly up at the ready?
