Good way to encourage people to recycle. If people have no time to recycle, let those who have the time to do it. Doesnt mean you have to collect hundreds of cans then recycle it at one go. You can collect a few then just recycle it. Available at certain void decks and most NTUC. Just google the locations.

Firstly, she's not exploiting the system. She collected (salvaged) the containers. They were discarded. Secondly, she could be just an employee who was tasked by her boss to do so. Thirdly, let's be honest with ourselves, how many of us actually made the effort to recycle every plastic bottle or drink cans whenever we bought our drinks?

This not exploring , some one just buy a drink with their extra 10 cents to me is a waste of time to recycle it as we too busy for our own work , where have those extra time to recycle , don’t tell me I put home tha can and keep until one day to come. So I rather give it to others to recycle.

I don't see this as an exploitation... but an opportunity. The amount of bottles and cans she brought there only shows what so many people do not care to recycle. She's doing it on other people's behalf and gaining this something out of it. Don't make her look like an offender. She's doing what other people were suppose to do but somehow not doing it.
