Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Late on April 7, 2025, Hoboken Police Officers Matthew Bonnano and John Rodriguez were on patrol. They were near Sixth and Harrison Streets around 11:10 PM. They saw a Honda hit a parked car on Sixth Street. The Honda's front passenger side was badly damaged. The officers told dispatch and approached the Honda's driver and passengers. Officer Bonnano smelled alcohol right away. He identified the driver as Jackeline Fuentesluna. He asked her to get out of the car. When asked about drinking, she said she had two drinks. Because they suspected she was impaired, they asked her to do some tests. Sergeant Roary Miller and another officer arrived to help. First, she tried the eye test. Then, she tried the walk-and-turn test. Jackeline didn't seem to understand the instructions. She couldn't finish the test. Considering the crash, her admission of drinking, and her failed tests, Jackeline was arrested. She was charged with driving under the influence. A search of her car found open alcohol containers. Her car was impounded for 12 hours under John’s Law. Officer Rose Kanan searched Jackeline at the scene. Officer Kanan then put her in the patrol car. Later, Kanan told the other officers they went to high school together. Officer Bonnano took Jackeline to the police station. She was read a statement but refused a breath test. Jackeline was released to a sober adult. This was pending her court date. The adult signed a waiver form for her. She received tickets for DUI, refusing a breath test, and more. She also got tickets for reckless driving, no insurance, open container, and driving on a permit after 11:01 PM.
