@od_form: One of my favourite details in this jewellery cabinet is the hidden drawer. The challenge was making it disappear when closed. I carefully matched the grain on the drawer front with the upper section inside the cabinet, allowing the lines and shapes to flow seamlessly together. When the drawer is closed it almost becomes invisible. Not shown in the video but there’s also a small groove at the back of the tray above the drawer. This allows the handle to slide into place and remain hidden when closed. Are you a fan of hidden details like this in furniture?
