brother, every person who is scared to try awake methods, think about it very well because they can be scary. With an awake method you can be in the hypnagogic state and you can feel something/someone touching you, hear something/someone inside of the same place you're doing the method and you can feel your body floating/spinning, etc 😭 if you're not used to this and you find them a lil scary, try sleep methods because you're gonna be scary especially when you hear noises or something touching you. In one of these days while i was meditating i felt something which slapped my face to make me still awake 😭

Like wtf do y’all see? Do y’all just blink and it changes? Does it fade in gradually? I know people have stated that it’s like two pictures fighting each other for dominance (im a visual learner someone pls show me visually)

If your room is small, the usual setup—wardrobe first, then bed—ends up feeling cookie-cutter, leaving no space for a proper desk. When friends come over, your kid has to hunch over the bed to do homework and might even throw their back out. So why not let the kids roll up their sleeves, clear out the bedroom, and give it a whole new makeover? One: Frame the window area with square metal tubes, add cross supports in the middle, secure with vertical posts, cover with eco-friendly wood panels, and top it off with a soft, cozy mattress—now you’ve got the perfect kid-friendly bed. Two: Soften the back wall for safer, more comfortable sleeping. Add safety rails and a small climbing ladder so your child can “rock climb” at home every day. Small hand grips on the right side of the wall make climbing even easier. Three: At the foot of the bed, install a custom wardrobe. The top features two open cubbies for books and collectibles the kid loves; the lower section has pull-out drawers for neatly sorted clothes—easy to access, easy to organize. Four: Extend a cozy booth seat from under the bed, add cushions and a backrest, throw in a small coffee table, and mount a projector screen—boom, instant home theater. Five: Use bookshelves as a room divider to store all the kid’s books and supplies. Add a small blackboard in the middle to spark creativity. And here’s the surprise—when you open the blackboard, there’s a secret hideout behind it! Perfect for hide-and-seek with friends. Six: Right beside it, connect a spacious desk with hanging cabinets above—ideal for studying, browsing, and everything in between. Take a final look at the transformed space—small room, big possibilities, packed with fun and function.
