the couple was wrong and entitled for thinking that they could just place an order 2 minutes before closing after the store already told them that the kitchen was closed. now personally I take issue with a restaurant shutting down operations before the posted closing time but that's an issue for customer service you contact management after you leave. the cops, however, did not need to push an escalate the issue as far and as hard as they did. it doesn't seem that they did anything to actually calm the couple down other than just scream calm down at them over and over. calm down has never in the history of ever actually calmed anyone down.
