I just find this interesting that the police felt like they need to lecture the person versus. They're there to perform a task you break the law you get arrested not give you a lecture on what you might've did wrong or what you could've did differently. It just amazes me.

I mean, it's easy to say she should have stopped. but the cops could have just as easily, simply call in the plate number and all her info would be available to issue an arrest warrant later, that they could have safely acted on any time later.
