It’s the fkn internet!! It’s not real life! And if it does filter over to real life, it’s only so they can portray that way on the internet! This goes for everything these days, not just weight. Everything has to be aesthetic or brand new to be cool. There’s nothing wrong with the way you look! So many girls wish they looked like you! I try to think in perspective, like does this all matter in the grand scheme of life? When you’re old, are you going to think back and go “I’m so glad I cared so much about what I looked like in my 20s but was miserable” or will you look back and think “I’m so glad that I ate and drank with my friends and made these amazing memories in London & Europe!” As someone who is 34 and has been overweight my whole life, it truly breaks my heart to hear you say these things, because I know it hurts (you are defs not overweight but I mean to say I understand sometimes tying your self worth to your appearance). There’s so much more to you than how much you weigh or how you look, I promise you!
