🍫 All the Nutellas taste amazing. But still, my favorite is the last one. What about you? #veganrecipes #nutella #huzelnuts #nutbutterrecipe You can make hazelnut paste yourself. You’ll need about 150–200 g of roasted hazelnuts (make sure they’re roasted — that’s important!). Blend them until smooth and creamy. I used a blender with an S-shaped blade, scraping the sides with a spoon every now and then and blending again. The whole process took about 5–6 minutes. 1️⃣ Pumpkin Nutella You can adjust the amount of ingredients. 200 g pumpkin purée 2–3 tablespoons of hazelnut paste or 40 g roasted hazelnuts 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 2–3 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener a pinch of salt half a teaspoon of vanilla 1. You can grind hazelnuts in a coffee grinder, but if you make a paste first, the texture of your Nutella will be smoother and creamier. 2. Boil the pumpkin until soft. 3. Blend all ingredients until smooth. If you want it thicker, add a bit more cocoa. If you want it creamier, add a little oil or plant-based milk. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 7 days. 2️⃣ Chickpea Nutella For a small portion 125 g cooked or canned chickpeas 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder 4–5 dates or another sweetener to taste 40 g roasted hazelnuts or 1½ tablespoons of hazelnut paste 150 ml water. 1. If you use canned chickpeas, rinse them well. 2. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. 3️⃣ Banana Nutella You can adjust the amount of ingredients. 1 banana 3 dates 3 tablespoons of hazelnut paste (or almond or peanut paste, or ground roasted hazelnuts) 50 ml coconut milk (or any milk you prefer) 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder 1½–2 tablespoons of coconut oil or cocoa butter. Blend everything until perfectly smooth. 4️⃣ The Most Delicious Nutella For a small portion 100 g roasted hazelnuts or 4–5 tablespoons of hazelnut paste 3 tablespoons of coconut oil 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder honey to taste, and a pinch of salt. 1. If you use whole hazelnuts, grind them first, but I recommend using ready-made paste (recipe above). 2. Mix all ingredients together — and that’s it! 5️⃣ Date Nutella You can adjust the amounts as you wish 13–15 dates about 50 ml of water 2 tablespoons of hazelnut paste or 50 g of roasted hazelnuts (ground). 1. Soak the dates in water for about 3 hours, or pour hot water over them to soften faster, then remove the pits. 2. Blend the dates with water until completely smooth. 3. Mix the date caramel with the hazelnut paste — and your Nutella is ready!
