Any other kind visa holders does not have access to public funding, even with nhs they have to pay a some kind of insurance to access it. The earliest one can get an indefinite leave to remain visas that allows you to get public funding is 5yrs

been doing this in the channel Islands for decades. want to come here, you need a residence, a job and to be able to speak read and write English to a certain standard. no benefits, job restrictions and can't buy property before five years.
