And at 9AM the Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on advancing his nomination for Attorney General. Judge Emmet Sullivan will review the unredacted records in camera—privately, with no press or public—to determine whether DOJ is actually protecting victims and law-enforcement personnel, or hiding names for reasons the law does not permit.
