@edmhousenetwork: A sample mistake gave “Like A G6” its lead sound 🤯 While producing Far East Movement’s “Like A G6,” KSHMR, then part of The Cataracs, was working on a distorted bassline when the wrong sample ended up in the bass track. The mistake created the bell-style lead that became one of the most recognizable sounds in the song. That small studio accident became a key part of a track that went on to hit No. 1 and become 5x platinum. It is a reminder that not every huge idea starts perfectly planned, and sometimes the mistake is the part that makes the record work. Did you know this was a sample mistake? 👇@KSHMR
