I don’t get it if my wife is Social Security and I have Social Security. She can collect hers at 62 right and I can collect mine at 62 right or am I completely wrong now cause whatever you just said this makes no sense to me.

My husband is 4 years older than me and will retire at 63 while I will work until I'm 65 for insurance reasons. I make more and will draw more. So can my husband draw off mine at 63 and get more and if so what will happen when I turn 65? Will my amount be affected by what he drew or will I get my predetermined amount?? Also, look into the Social Security Fairness Act of 2023 (H.R. 82) for people that have a spouse that paid into Social Security but you didn’t because of a pension. You can collect your spouses.
