ECB should give hampshire a massive sporting/financial penalty because it’s not like It hasn’t admitted it done it. it has, there is quotes out there. ECB should hit hampshire where it hurts enough to show other teams to look at who they sign properly, and to at least look a bit inclusive and progressive (even tho we know the ecb isn’t)
