I’m no fan of Starmer, but I recognise he is an decent parliamentarian and represents a section of society well. A decent and intelligent advocate is being lost. It’s the all then burn nature of modern politics I guess. Churchills career waxed and waned liked a rollercoaster, even losing the PM role to win it back. Today he’d be done one term after being elected to the house.
