You skipped all the way to English which was the last translation of his name ….it went Hebrew(Aramaic) -Yeshua, Koine Greek -Iesous, then Latin which u skipped -Iesus, then lastly English -Jesus……Yeshua is what his family, Deciples and friends would have called him ……but most importantly….there is power in the intention of his name…God is not limited by language Barriers….if u feel power in the name Jesus then say Jesus but his power is not limited to any translation…..he will show his power by the name Yeshua or whatever other language his name is translated 2 with the belief in him dying and raising again…..he knows who your calling….as long as we aren’t just inventing names …..any form of his translated name will provide his power……lets focus on salvation/and spreading his Gospel Everyone …. Yahuah said His people will know His Name. (Isaiah 52:6) the Son "Yahusha" comes in the Father's Name. (John 5:43) Their names were removed from the scriptures and titles put in their place... rather than asking a Pastor his opinion, perhaps you should have called out to Yahuah and let His Ruach 🕊 Haqodesh reveal truth to you.
