Literally work for the same company and drive the exact same model hydrant truck everyday and all I can ask is where are the interlock brakes and how do you not realize BOTH single points are still attached??? I can't even drive off if the moosehead wiggles when stowed and it'll shut the engine off if it happens while I'm moving.

1. The truck was positioned opposite of what it should. It must always be positioned facing the front, for a uick get away. 2. It's the truck's fault. It drove without disconnecting the pipes from the aircraft.
