This is so unfortunate.....These are caused by the absence of discipline in our homes and schools,moreover parents desire to skip children from lower levels to write Bece just to complete SHS earlier than the appropriate time of completion and parents paying fat sums of monies for students who don't get better grades for shs entries are all factors to these.... I hope no one was hurt
